A 60-YR.-OLD MAN WAS KILLED MONDAY NEAR Cincinnati, Ohio, when a speeding car struck his disabled vehicle that was parked on the shoulder of I-71 in Montgomery.  James Lester of Loveland, Ohio, had a flat tire and had pulled over to the left breakdown lane awaiting for roadside assistance to arrive while remaining seated in his car.  The Associated Press reports:

Troopers said several drivers called 911 just before noon to report a Ford Mustang driving south from Warren County at speeds up to 130 mph. Callers said the Mustang was weaving in and out of traffic, troopers said.

Before any officer could find the Mustang, troopers said, it struck the car…  The struck car burst into flames and came to rest on the right side of the interstate, killing Lester instantly.
