THIS UNUSUAL VIEW dropped in via AP, but as sometimes happens, it also dropped its caption somewhere along the way.

My first reaction was to wonder if the herring are running?  But it seems a little late in the season for that.  Maybe you can help out and tell us in the Comments what you think is going on here.

    I told you we should have color coded the lines, now which one is connected to the Rescueee and which is connected to the “Rescuerrr”, ahh shoot, just give it a great big TUG and see what pops up……………………
