Friday’s Missing Caption

THIS WEEK'S LONELY PHOTO that arrived without a caption came to us from the Associated Press.  I'm sure somebody up there in New York knows what's going on here, but I sure don't.

The first thing that came to mind was that old joke, "How many firefighters does it take to pull a hose line?"

But I suspect the answer is different from that question.  What do you think should be written under the photo?  Tell us by posting your suggestion in the Comments for everybody to see and share.
