THIS IS CLEARLY NOT THE TIME for some O.J.T.  So I cannot tell you what is going on here.  And since the photo arrived without a caption, we don’t know what the boss is saying to the nozzleman.  Maybe his GPS is broken?  I don’t know.  Help us out here and tell what you think the caption should read for this photo.  Post it in the Comments so that we can all learn.
