I believe that one of the 'special' bylaws states that the 'Vansauna' must be within 100 feet of easily accessable water (as shown) so the vehicle can be rolled or even pushed into it when necessary.

That's right.  Some jurisdictions require two restrooms in places of public occupancy.  But couldn't the seating be incorporated into the sauna room itself?

I was thinking that if you hooked up the tailpipe to a hose and placed the hose in the window, then ran your engine for a while, THAT could make for an interesting sauna. But, we have to chalk one up for the “Vansauna” for originality.

Oh, by the way, I think those two rear exit doors are obstructed…

I appreciate the comical comments, however: someone has to actually deal with this. Can you imagine explaining to this “contractor” what the problem is. On the other hand, if it is considered a single family occupancy, stick a garden hose through the window and let the spray nozzle point to the floor and every thing is right with the world.
