A SPECTACULAR MIDNIGHT FIRE LATE MONDAY destroyed approximately 55 townhouses that were under construction in Mississauga, Ontario.

The developer/builder says that the homes were about 70% completed and that most of them had already been sold for prices ranging from CAN$500,00 to $625,000.
The fire department is investigating the fire as an arson event. The loss to the builder is estimated to be about $10 million.
