SCOTT SCHMIDT, THE APPLETON, WISCONSIN, FIRE LIEUTENANT who was arrested Friday immediately after murdering his estranged wife (See the Firegeezer report and video HERE) was arraigned yesterday and ordered held on $1 million bond.
Charges were not formally levelled, though, because the court also ruled that he does not currently have the mental capacity to answer to the charges.
