In an effort to promote and provide the best education and training available to industry professionals, the National Volunteer Fire Council (NVFC) and Firehouse Expo have partnered to offer NVFC members a discounted admission rate to Firehouse Expo 2009. NVFC Personal Members will receive a $30 discount and Department Members will receive a $50 discount to the event which takes place July 21-26, 2009 in Baltimore, MD.
Each year, Firehouse Expo brings together over 17,000 fire, rescue, and EMS professionals from across the country. Valuable training and education help prepare these professionals for the realities they face within their communities. Leading manufacturers pack the exhibit hall with the latest innovations in equipment, apparatus, tools, vehicle accessories, rescue/extrication equipment, training, hazmat gear, and clothing.
This year’s six day event will once again provide a total experience. Some of the highlights include enhanced leadership classes, more EMS classes certified for CEU credit through CECBEMS, classes designed specifically to address current economic issues, networking opportunities, and a product showcase that features over 450 exhibitors.
