Aaron Turner

Yesterday (Saturday) Aaron Turner, 40, was taken into custody after a standoff with police following a domestic-violence situation at his home in Hamilton County.  Police were called by Turner’s wife who told them that her husband, an apparatus operator with the CFD, had choked her and thrown her against the wall.  When the police first repsonded, he told them that he had a .45 pistol and  ”that he would kill himself and anyone who attempted to bring him out,” according to a police report.

Eventually at 4 am Saturday morning he surrendered peacefully and was taken to the Hamilton County Jail where he remains this morning.
