The GeezerKids and I are winging our way back home today, retracing the same route that we took getting out here. We have to find a new form of entertainment, though. The GPS receiver’s battery ran down on the trip Thursday and GeezerSon forgot to pack the charger.
Overall, everything went fine and the clan was able to properly celebrate Dad’s long life. My offspring were able to meet a lot of their cousins for the first time and they are really tickled with that. Many of you wonderful readers sent us some very nice emails and Comments during the past week and I want to thank you for all of them. They were really appreciated.
While we’re driving back to turn in the rental car, you can start checking out the equipment. I’ll see you back in the day room after I get a fresh pot started.
The Sunday photo art may look familiar to you. I used it last year when I was flying home from Arizona. But I thought it would be appropriate to use it again today.
