Everything’s a whirlwind this morning. Lots of last-minute stuff to gather and get done. Then the drive to Baltimore during rush hour. What joy.
Supposedly, my new wireless broadband connection for my laptop will allow me to blog from the floor of the exhibit center throughout the day. This will be interesting.
Regular readers of the Firehouse.com site know about their podcasts and that one of them is hosted by Chief Billy Goldfeder. His show is called “Through the Smoke” and this week’s edition will be “broadcast” from the convention center on Friday at noon. He will be interviewing both me and Dave Statter for the one-hour show and I believe that the public will be allowed to sit in during the recording. It is in room 310 at 12 noon. If you can’t log in at that time to hear it online, those things are archived and you’ll be able to listen to it anytime that’s convenient for you.
Ok, I’ve got to get busy and get my stuff together and hit the road. Posting will be mostly delayed until we get organized later this morning. So, let’s get this equipment checked out. I’m going for the coffee.
