THE TABLES WERE TURNED ON AN AMBULANCE crew in Burnham, England, Sunday afternoon when a Wessex Ambulance Service vehicle got stuck in the sand.

The ambulance was providing first-aid standby for the annual Aquathon Beach Race and when the time came to leave, they couldn’t.
Fortunately, the tide was going out and the local water-rescue team came to the ambulance crew’s aid with that always reliable standby, a tractor.
