Emeralds Win In D. C.
THE WASHINGTON, D. C., ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARADE was held this past Sunday and the results are in:
The Northern Virginia Firefighters Emerald Society Pipe Band came away with the honor of Best Music Entry in the parade.
