The government has seized at least four of his bank accounts, and Soloway has agreed to take a polygraph test as to his remaining assets. Most of his assets that have been disclosed so far are composed of his personal effects such as a collection of 24 pairs of sunglasses, valued at more than $3,700; 27 pairs of shoes, worth more than $7,400; and clothing worth about $14,200.
He faces up to 26 years in prison plus an as-yet undetermined amount of restitution. Sentencing will be in June.
