Crunch Time Begins
THE TRADE DEADLINE FOR THE NATIONAL HOCKEY LEAGUE was last Tuesday. Now all the teams’ rosters are set for the remainder of the season and they will be pursuing the playoff slots vigorously.
It will be especially intense this year because most of the teams are bunched within a few points of each other there are only about 15 to 17 games left to play.
In both conferences there are at least six teams in contention for the final playoff spot. There will be plenty of good action during the next six weeks.
