JUST BEFORE 4 am A FIRE STARTED IN A TORONTO, ONTARIO, house in the city’s west end.
First on the scene was a Toronto police who found a woman in front of the house holding a small child. He and another officer took their cruiser’s fire extinguisher inside and found the first floor completely clear and clean.
