Here's a suggestion Chief: OVERTIME MEMBERS. It is amazing that even after the deaths of two brothers, they still let the bean counter mentality control decisions. Inspecting a known deadly hazardous building properly is pushed aside as they try to figure out how in service units can do the inspections, what a disgrace.
