IN ASHLAND, KENTUCKY, an ambulance driver from West Virginia was pulled over and arrested yesterday while transporting a patient on a non-emergency transfer. Police say he ran two red lights in town, causing the apprehension. He failed the field sobriety check and was tested for drugs before being taken to jail for driving while under the influence of illegal substance.
