Butler #2 fire:
As of noon, Pacific time, the Butler fire in San Bernardino Co. was 12% contained and still free-burning rapidly with two fronts. Area of destruction was revised downward to 16,000 acres.

Angel fire:
Still a lot of mandatory evacuations in Julian area, but Julian itself is not. The fire is 20% contained with 1,000 acres destroyed so far.
