THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FIRE CHIEFS announced yesterday the formation and inaugural meeting of The International Fire Service Research Center and Policy Institute (The Institute). The Institute was born out of a National Policy Center task force, originally conceived in 2002.
